The Bermuda Beast is the creature blamed for the ships and aircraft that vanish in the Bermuda Triangle. It is a huge, many-limbed animal that moves easily through both the deep ocean and the open sky, hunting the stretch of water where compasses spin and vessels disappear without a trace. Few who cross the Triangle ever see it clearly. They simply arrive home having lost whatever the Beast decided to take.
