Threat

The wendigo haunts the frozen forests of the far north, in the lands of the Ojibwe, the Cree, and the Innu. It is always starving, and no amount of food can satisfy it, because the only thing it truly craves is human flesh. Worse, its hunger is contagious. A person who turns to eating others to survive a hard winter slowly loses their humanity and becomes a wendigo themselves.
